Monday evenings this spring from April 6th to May 11th, join us in the embodied research practice that we call "training." The Poetics (of Performance) is a playful deep-dive into manipulating space and time. We’ll immerse ourselves each session in embodied study -  of rhythm, image, metaphor, relationship, etc. - which you can use to connect better to others beyond language, to make more dynamic and compelling artistic work, or just to uncover ways to live more ferociously.
